LIFE CHANGES; ON THE CONVERSE

WHAT IS THE SIMPLE LIFE? To me a simple life is living the extraordinary life in Christ, who is yearning to have a relationship with me. But many are times i don't understand him because i still live a part of my life like i used to live before i knew Christ. This has proved to be unfruitful in my life and so am learning everyday  to acknowledge Him and be grateful and not grumble every chance i have. & i must confess its not been easy, because people in my life when they so much as say something i prefer not to hear, i make them know it, sometimes its not always words that i use. Sometime i just tune them out and ignore them so that i don't have to even have a civilized conversation with them. and trust me, i know that this is a draw back from my maturity, but it will be so satisfying at the moment, its like sin that's so good you can't seem to get enough of it. but we all know that it is wrong and eventually it will be the death of us or in this case me. So ...

I head something profound today, a Chinese proverb that reads "tell me and i will forget, show me and i will remember but involve me and i will understand." Often times i wonder if i will remember something when its said, but for sure i know that an experience will stay with me because it did after all involve me. lectures are boring at times because a lecturer is always preaching and forgets to involve us so his message can not be in vain but so we can remember it. but then again am not a lecturer, am just a student. Do i even involve people in my life?, so they can understand and not just remeber what i am about. most times am not happy with my brother, but after hearing this, i will involve him so he can also understand that am not just about what he sees and knows me by at home and at church.  

Its so cold just now but it was extremely hot throughout the day. but hey that's not my main topic of the day today. the topic like you see on the top says "lets turn this city up side down" but the question can be, who will you be turning this city upside down for?, and why will you turn the city upside down?. I WANT TO TURN THE CITY UPSIDE DOWN FOR MY JESUS WHO WAS CRUCIFIED ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY SO THAT I CAN SEAT HERE ON THIS VERY COLD GABORONE EVENING AND WRITE TO YOU ALL READING AND PASSING THROUGH THAT JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR IS ALIVE! AM STILL WORKING AT BEING THE BEST I CAN BE IN CHRIST JESUS, AND HE IS RIGHT HERE WITH ME LIFTING ME UP WHEN I FALL, REPRIMANDING ME WHEN I ACT AND DO FOOLISH THINGS AND LOVING ME FOR HE IS LOVE. I HAVE DECIDED TO NO LONGER JUST SEAT IN THE BACK SEAT AND SAY THAT AHH THE PASTOR WILL TELL THE PEOPLE OF THE GREATNESS OF GOD WHO IS 'MY' GOD.
